Honeymoon cystitis affects a woman in her honeymoon period. Women during or after intercourse for the first time or after a long period has high chances of developing honeymoon cystitis. Women having honeymoon cystitis should immediately visit a gynecologist. At a gynecologist clinic in India, they are treated with antibiotics for timely management of this condition.
Honeymoon Cystitis, a traditional term used for UTIs (urinary tract infections), usually occurs at the first time of sexual intercourse in women. If you are suffering from this, you should not delay visiting a best gynecologist because the earlier, the better. She will prescribe you antibiotics. If honeymoon cystitis is causing repeated bladder infections, you might be prescribed daily dose of antibiotics to prevent occurrence of infections in future.
